Q: Are your sizes true to size?

A: Most of our sizes are true to size, but we strongly suggest referring to our size chart for accurate measurements.

Q: How do I place an order?

A: Simply browse our collections, select the dress you love, choose your size and color, and add it to your cart. Proceed to checkout, where you'll enter your shipping and payment information.

Q: What payment methods do you accept?

A: We accept all the major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, etc. PayPal will be the one who will process your payment.

Q: How much is shipping?

A: Shipping costs vary depending on your location and the shipping method selected. You can view the shipping costs at checkout before completing your purchase.

Q: How long will my order take to arrive?

A: Delivery times depend on your location and the shipping method chosen. You can find estimated delivery times at checkout.

Q: Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we can ship to any location in the world.

 

Returns & Exchanges

Q: What is your return policy? Eligibility for Returns:

Items must be returned within 10 days of the delivery date.

Items must be in their original condition: unworn, unwashed, and with all original tags attached.

Items must be free from any signs of wear, stains, or odors.

Dresses on sale are non-returnable, such as final sale items, intimate apparel, or accessories.

 

How to initiate a return:

Contact Customer Service:

Please contact our Customer Service team via email to obtain a Return Authorization (RA) number.

Package Your Return:

Securely package the item(s) you wish to return, including the original packing slip.

write the RA number on the outside of the package.

Ship Your Return:

Ship the package to the address provided by our customer service team.

We recommend using a trackable shipping method and retaining your proof of postage.

Return Shipping Costs:

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs, unless the item is defective or we made an error.

 

Refunds:

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you via email.

If your return is approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method within seven business days.

All the returns are subject to a 25% restocking fee unless you received the wrong item or color.

Original shipping costs are nonrefundable.

Exchanges:

For exchanges, When it comes to exchanges, the consumer bears the cost of both the return and exchange postage.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a defective item, please contact us immediately. We will arrange for a replacement or refund.
